Is this pain anything to worry about?
Question:
The last time I had it, it lasted all day, then in the everining it got really bad and was hurting with every breath, the pain then moved down my side and into my lower backwhere it was agony, becfore suddenly just stopping as if it was never there!
What do you think this is? My boyfriend reckons its just wind.but can can you get pain from that in your side and back?! I've had a few times now. Not on a regular basis or anything, but its still worrying!

it could be your gall bladder or really bad wind or muscle twitching. It could be a lot of things so i suggest you should go and see a doctor

2 things Heart and muscle twisting .I have same pain after check heart (was healthy) recognized is muscle twisting ,Use pain spray before sleep and see result tomorrow.
Do you have any problems with you lungs - eg asthma. Are you producing any phlegm to indicate a chest infection? Probably worth seeing a doctor if it continues or phoning NHS Direct on 0845 46 47. All the best

I had a shooting pain in my side/back when i was pregnant in the end it was just a trapped nerve but if ur at all worried see your doctor it cant hurt. Or you could check netdoctor.co.uk but i find that scares me i read up on things and start thinkin iv got everything! Good luck xxx

sound like gallbladder - the worse pain you can ever have - avoid dairy products, fatty food, spicy foods and it should clear up until you get it checked out.
I have suffered with a pain like this for years ,
It comes and goes sometimes for weeks
I have come to the conclusion its wind because if it was serious it wouldn't go away for weeks or months on end
I find taking Bisodol tablets or windeze helps
