no, sex is not the solution. its just part of growning up (hormones) hint... stop eating alot of sweets. also if you sweat, make sure it doesnt dry up all over your face and forhead, get a clean cold wet towell or wash your face off.
No it has nothing to do with sex. You are probably having hormonal changes. Just wash your face regularly and use a toner after washing.
