If someone drank?

Question:
if someone drank between 6 and 8 cans of lager every night for 2 and a half years what effect would this have on their insides and everything else and would it weaken the heart

Answers:
Every body is different and will react differently to things. The kidneys, and liver are at most risk of problems due to drinking. You can go to the doctor and get a liver function test, and they can tell you if anything is beginning to show damage. The stomach can start to become affected with heavy drinking ; ulcers, acid reflux.
Best bet to stay healthy is not to drink at all, although some say that one a day is actually beneficial to the heart, and won't cause any damage.
That's a recipe for cirrhosis of the liver. Normally it can take years and years to see onset of cirrhosis, but with that kind of alcohol consumption a handful of years is sufficient.
well it certainly wouldnt make it stronger...i suggest for that person to stop the beer and start healthier lifestyles
Seems to me you can probably answer this one on your own. Drinking every day in that volume would destroy your internal organs very slowly at first and than at a much more aggressive rate if sustained over months and years. Alchohol abuse is very dangerous and needs to be treated by a professional.
alcohol is hardest on the liver, hence 'cerrosis of the liver' is most commonly associated with alcoholism.
Well their liver will go on strike. Have trouble waking up in the morning. I HOPE THEY ARE NOT DRIVING RIGHT AFTERWARDS. THE SCALE ??
Yes!
For some reason and with some people beer doesn't kill as quickly as hard whiskey. It will destroy the liver and gradually eat away at other important organs including the brain but it takes a really long time. A person who drinks beer is just as much an addict, drunkard, alcoholic, whatever as someone who drinks hard liquior. As for the specific question it will depend on family genetics as to which will go first, the liver or the heart. Either way its a tough way to go and not much fun to watch.
6 to 8 cans of (American) beer is really not much and won't do much harm to your internal organs except you would gain weight which might be hard on your heart but it won't be because of the alcohol content. Your kidneys will certainly work a little harder but that will help purge your system. If anything, you will feel inebriated a bit and you will surely be relaxed, which on the other hand is good for the heart.

Go with red wine... it is a sure thing for good health.
it would probably take about 4-5 years for a diseases in the liver to occur and this would greatly damage the heart
