.. are you trying to commit suicide or something?? Taking meds is totally up to you, but you should at least try to eat properly when your feeling up to it- take a supplement when your not. I can't say anything about the smoking because I'm a smoker too, the pot...well that can be written off as medicenal ;) But otherwise you really should try and take good care of yourself, go for a walk or something everyday, get some excercise, get a hobby or do something that makes you happy. Lots of people with HIV live long lives these days, and some don't I supose. Why don't you want to take the meds? They prolong your life..
Um, those details don't sound to be in your favor. Eating right is good for you, obviously, but I don't know hopw its affects HIV progression, same with working out. Both are factors of a healthy lifestyle and figure. As for smoking pot and cigarettes, well thats just asking for an early death. If you don't pass away due to HIV or AIDS in the near future, you certainly will from lung cancer, or because you did something stupid while high. HIV, at it's very very best, can only stay as HIV for up to 15 years, after that it turns to AIDS, in order to last for 15 years, we're talking top of the line meds, detailed health plan, and tons of money to spare. Without the medication HIV progresses into AIDS in about 10 years. Though seemingly with your track record, I doubt that you have a decade of time at your luxury. Living to 31 is by no means a fulfilled lifestyle. And the medication helps slow AIDS as well. My advice quit the drugs and ciggs and you it on something that might actually keep your *** living.
Unfortunately, probably not long. A reasonable guess would be 10 - 24 years, depending on many factors.
Taking the meds however, you may have a normal life expectancy.
