My counterbalance have dropped from almost 240 a year ago to 190 presently. Any concept?

My weight have dropped from about 240 or 250 a year ago to 190 in a minute and its still falling. Ive been tested for HIV and everything else and theyve adjectives come back unenthusiastic. Not that I thought I had those, but I considered necessary to start ruling everything out.
Any thoughts on what may be causing this? Weight loss, no appetite, fragility, malaise, etc.........Thanks......

Answers:    Would be helpful to know what things you own been tested for specifically. Unusual wt loss is lucklessly a hidden cancer until proven otherwise (have you have a PET scan or a CT scan?); but chronic illness such as TB can result in the symptoms you describe. Also in the differential: autoimmune diseases, malabsorption of nutrients (like sprue), possibly sarcoid. There are a number of deeply unusual illnesses (called "zebras") that could be the cause. Best for these is to dance to an university medical center, if you haven't already. Very best wishes!
We need more details, please. We can't answer your sound out properly if you don't provide us with symptoms, what you've be doing, etc.

For example, have you be consuming a lot of sugar? Do you sometimes grain weak or unnaturally thirsty? Have you experienced wounds that DON'T alleviate? Then you might be diabetic; dramatic weight loss is a sign of diabetes. I hope for your sake that's not the covering, though. :(
Tape worms or other intestinal parasites.
