M.E. / CFIDS / PVFS - what kind of specialist will be the best help.?

Question:
Anyone out there dealing with M.E. / CFIDS or even Fibromyalgia ( a kissing cousin of ME/CFIDS ). My doc is great, but except for offering pain meds and PT, doesn't know what to do to help me. I've had this for 14 years and it's only getting worse. What kind of specialist should I ask for a referral to? Thanks. I've looked on all the websites time and again and though patients refer to their docs, they don't say if they are specialists.

Answers:
Neurologist and/or Rheumatologist
