not really. i just got over some of that stuff. it started out with just sore throat, then coughing up crap, then went to my nose and head. after that, i was sick for a few weeks.
for me, the coughing up was just the start. but who knows...it probably depends on the cold/infection and how your immune system handles things.
If you have cold with sore throat and lots cough and mucus in your nose then I don't think it will go away soon but your doctor can tell you more he/she will examine you.
No. Your body has its own way of keeping healthy, if you let it. When you have airborne flotsam that you breathe in, your lungs are purging when you cough up phlegm. The same goes for your sinuses and your elimination system down below. Your urine will be dark when there is alot of waste to be passed, you get mucus and runny nose when there is an infection in the sinuses.
