After detox go to a rehab facility for 30 days and get a good start and solid foundation on your sobriety.
Yoy are quite right to be scared, there`s a mob waiting outside for you, they want their money.
being scared is normal. i have been in detox and thorough rehab on a number of different occasions. Remember also that relapse is a part of recovery. You will make it - HAVE FAITH IN YOUR HIGHER POWER

Volunteer for a naltraxone implant. it will allow you the chance to learn to interact with the world as a non-user then as an ex-user. Beware these sorts of things are quick fixes YOU must do the real work and look inside your head to find out why you resorted to substances in the first place. any underlying issues must be dealt with or you may forever be at risk of using.

you need to go to an inpatient rehab after detox or you may use again.
Dont leave without some sort of counselling sessions worked out with them or an agency that deals with addictions( I used the Cambrige Centre ( dont know if they cover all uk) dont try it alone - ask them at marchwood ,get yr G.P. in the picture.Just as important dont be scared of feeling like ***t for a while or of lapsing I can tell you its not easy but its NOT as hard as your mind is telling you it is going to be - I started with a supervised 10 day home dettox which was a decreasing dose of Librium for 10 days,the worst is over then,the craving at least.If I can do it I think you'll manage.Good luck,dont be scared.
