A patient of paralysis can be recover without physiotherapy /exercise?

Question:
tell me example if any you see?

Answers:
A certain amount of function will return spontaneously in many cases...however, to maximize function, physical therapy is usually needed. One example is people who have experienced a TIA or "mini-stroke" which can leave one with loss of movement...many people who've had a TIA will improve either spontaneously or with a course of TPA. For instance, it is standard that all patients in our facility who've been admitted with a suspected stroke receive a PT, OT and speech evaluation. In many of these cases, the patient has made a complete recovery before we can even evaluate them.

However, remaining deficits are best treated with PT...it takes an evaluation to really discover what movement patterns need to be addressed and how best to do it.
No , you must have physio or do some sort of exercise or the affected limbs will atrophy and become useless.
no ya. the paralysis patient try and do the excercise.
with the proper instruction.
there is not proper way to cure that paralysis
The body has to be mobile. What is paralysis? It is nothing but a stroke. You need something to improve the blood circulation. Only medication may not help because body requires movement. Only physiotherapy will help but it will take more time. Physiotherapy combined with proper medication will accelerate the cure. Ayurvedic capsules such as Rudved/Cardoved/Suved or slow gold will help for blood circulation. Drinking Indian Mulbery fruit juice also helps for blood circulation and stroke patietns.
