It is not possible for an enema to shrink a tumour.
An enema purely cleans and clears the rectum and lower bowel.The only "tumour" that it could possibly remove would be accumulated faeces.

A tumour is a mass of abnormal tissue.This may be benign or malignant and has developed and is part of the bowel wall
