Could I have intestinal worms?

Question:
For the past couple months I have been feeling like there is a baby kicking inside me. I know I cannot be pregnant I have been getting my period regularly and have taken multiple pregnancy tests all negative. All I want to do is sleep my body is exhausted. I get frequent headaches I dont know if those could be related to worms or not. When I feel the "baby kicking" feeling I can put my hand on my lower abdomen and actually feel it moving. I'm starting to get really freaked out. I dont have insurance and cannot afford to take myself to the doctor unless it is something serious. What should I do?

Answers:
I don't think it's worms. It probably intestinal movement that you can feel because you skiny. But if you really worry of worm, why don't you consume OTC drugs for worm that contain single dose of pyrantel pamoat every 3 month.
You have to go to a doctor. Such parasites can spread to places like your lungs and brains. You don't list the common symptoms in your post. Parasites would show evidence in your morning bathroom routine.
Call your county health department to ask if there is a free clinic in your area. Also look online and in the phone book. A free clinic will treat you if you're low-income, but the only way to find out is to contact them.

Also, start looking for affordable health insurance. Just try - you might find a plan that you can afford soon. You never know. Don't sit on this and worry. It can be something serious that worsens with time. Hope you feel better soon.
Megan, I can't believe you have worms. I had a tapeworm for 12 years (when I was a child) that they couldn't get rid of and I NEVER once felt anything move. I saw segments of worm in my stool and every so often there was a long string of segments coming from my bowel. It sounds like you have intestinal spasms of some sort. Always check your stool for color and content. If you don't have pain, you shouldn't worry. Especially about worms. They are very rare. If you want to email me with more questions, feel free.
Most people ruled out pregnancy (including yourself) and worms. You really don't feel the worms kicking! So question remains what you have?
I don't want to alarm you, but the possibility of some serious cause exists. So you must get an opinion. It could be an aneurysm of the aorta and you are feeling pulsations occasionally.
I hope I will be wrong, (as such anemic persons can also feel the same). but get it checked!
All the best!
