Your body is very toxic, especially your liver. You would do well to go through a detox (many available at health food stores) and drink a lot of water. You may also want to use some nutritional supplements to boost your immune system and look for something to help your moods. By cleaning your body, you will illiminate the break-outs as well. Remember that while you detox you may have symptoms that are uncomfortable, but the end result is that you will be healthier and feel much better.
