wax drainage (flushing) from a professional.. I get mine free from my dad's health care plan (Kaiser) .. YOu don't hear a noise when you get it flushed, you can barley hear anything.. Fluash - put gelly stuff in your ear and you sit there for like 5 mins then they clean it out..
I had mine done at the doc's office. They flush it with saline.
