no matter what I do brush 5 x's a day , gum whatever I always have this taste in my mouth actually taste like metal..what could cause this?

Try using Listerine, and using a tongue cleaner. It one of them plastic things that you scrape your tongue with, that might help. If not call your dentist and let him take a look.
