My Bestest in the world friend has mad acne on her back and it is bad how do u get rid of it?

Question: She cannot wear halter tops or low riders or tank and or spagetti tops. She cant enjoy how beautiful her caramel skin is. How do u get rid of it with in 2 weeks she has an important event comin! Help so i can give her advice!!!!!!!!

what i do is put some face cream on my back...its clean and clear. i know that they they make actual scrub but i think its more expensive.
