Can anybody knows how to cure acne on the upper bank and on chest?

try using neutrogena body clear body wash.
it works great.
after the shower try using a toner on the affected areas, try witch hazel its not overly drying.
and use a facial moisturizer to the same areas you used the toner, that way your skin doesn't get overly dry (nor clogged by regular lotions.facial lotions are good cause their usually non comedogenic which means wont clog pores =] )
also a good diet helps, try drinking alot of water.
take vitamins daily.

I just saw a commercial for a product called Oxy. It's a body wash that claims to kill the bacteria that causes acne in 24 hours.
My bro used accutane but he had no side affects and it worked great, A dermatologist might help.
My son took acutane-a powerul pill-cannot be taken wiyh liver problems. Acutane is for the cyst or deep acne on the neck,back chest and sometimes face. In Canada you need a prescription. My son took it for 3 mos. I winter near Progreso Mexico and a teenage daughter had cystic acnr. We bought acutane $90/mo w/o a prescription. She used it 2 mos. and hasen't had an outbreak at all.
