When you are sleep deprived do your muscles contract and stomach and chest fill with hard pressure?

Question:
I have had about 3-4 hours sleep in the past two days and when I try to sleep my nose and head, chest fill with pressure ...When I do fall asleep its not very long before I wake up coughing and in the middle of a panic attack...or in the middle of a panic attack and I have to urinate immediately or it feels like my stomach will explode...Sometimes I have urinated 4 times in 20 minutes while trying to get a nights rest...
Right now i slept for about twenty minutes and woke up feeling like my muscles in my chest stomach and back were contracted and full of pressure...my nose felt clogged even though I was wearing a Breath Right strip (today was the first time I tried wearing them)
I'm very very scared , just three weeks ago I went to the ER and was released after an Ekg and bloodwork said I was fine
I don't know what to do, everytime I try to sleep I have very vivid , dreams where I feel like I can't wake up and i feel like I'm hallucinating Thank you for listening! :)

Answers:
my husband went to the same thing and yes they are panic attacks i recommend you to go to your doctor no the ER well it depends if you think its an emergency go , about the muscles it's because there its no enough oxygen going to your brain and that's causing that symptoms. Please try to relax every time you feel like that try to read a book about meditation that work to my husband and breath slowly i know you probably think that is easy for me to say but trust me i been thru that with my husband , your doctor probably its going a give you some anti depressant "Prozac" work for us so good luck and if you need something you can send me an email i will be here to help you
Do some research on Lucid Dreams - you might find it very enlightening. You can also research some self-relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises.

I've been sleep deprived before, but never experienced what you described. You could follow up with your GP and perhaps ask about some sleep medicine - Lunesta or Ambien - something that will help you to stay asleep.
