I often feel like I'm blacking out?

Question:
I am 58. I have COPD and have smoked since I was 16. I have a chronic smoker's cough. In the last 2 weeks, when I cough I start to black out. I haven't actually passed out, but come very close several times a day.
My blood pressure is normally very low---so low that whenever a nurse takes it, she usually asks if I feel faint. I don't. It's never bothered me before.
I'm not on any new meds.
What can be going on?

Answers:
find out what blood stabilizers you can get from a change in diet. drink more water. think positive. do good work. love as much as you can. we dont smoke to feel good we smoke to feel crappy. take better care of yourself. good luck!
you list all those problems, and then ask why you black out?
First:smoking is bad, one idiot point for starting
Second: youj gonna die
