I would be very hesitate to advertise what works for you as the end all be all cure. I see a holistic medical doctor for this condition and he has a told me how bad all fish oils are for you. The reason for this is that Omega 3's are not good for you if you are not eating enough Omega 6's. If you have a good balance of both, you're all set but there are many other homeopathic remedies that treat ulcerative colitis before resorting to just drinking shark liver oil.
