You do not say why you are worried about your liver? Do you have a health issue effecting it?
If so Milk Thistle is a great natural way of helping repair and keep your liver healthy.
Also a healthy option to help keep your liver on the right path is to stick to a nutritional, balanced diet: fresh vegetables, fruits, beans,
whole grains, lean meats.
As far as the question though.
Staying away as said from any alcohol.
Also watching what drugs you take even some over the counter items like Tylenol can have a bad effect when taken regularly.
Also Never ever mix Tylenol with Alcohol. This is extremely toxic to the liver.
Unsure how bad it I but I know when I take Aleeve which works great for me I feel horrible for the next day or so severe heartburn etc. They say most over the counter pain meds are not good for the liver though some are not as bad as others.
Smoking is not good it adds more toxins for the liver to process.
You should stay away from shellfish, raw fish, and high-doses of Vitamins A, D, E or K.
Avoid herbs that are toxic to the liver: peppermint, mistletoe, yerba tea, sassafras, germander, chaparral, nutmeg, valerian. the list goes on.
Avoid foods with high salt, sugar or fat content: cheese, pickles, fast
food and processed foods (cookies, cakes, frozen dinners, packaged foods with long shelf lives, instant foods).
Anything with large amounts of caffeine is not good. Sodas coffee etc.
Stay away from Fried foods as much as possible. It is better to broil or bake then to fry.
This was basically the list that I was given when I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C.
It turns out to be just eat healthy and sensible. Do not over do sweets, fats, starches and salts etc Many of these things are ok in moderation though.

I'm not really sure but I take thistle milk tablets they work a treat.And they are specifically for the liver too.
Vodka jelly
Any excess toxins are bad for the liver. Alcohol is the main problem, but eating a lot of burnt/smoked food and some preservatives will also cause problems over a long period.
Tobacco is also bad for the liver
Excess fat is bad for your liver.
Anything in excess.
