Answers:
You do not say why you are worried about your liver? Do you have a health issue effecting it?

If so Milk Thistle is a great natural way of helping repair and keep your liver healthy.
Also a healthy option to help keep your liver on the right path is to stick to a nutritional, balanced diet: fresh vegetables, fruits, beans,
whole grains, lean meats.

As far as the question though.

Staying away as said from any alcohol.

Also watching what drugs you take even some over the counter items like Tylenol can have a bad effect when taken regularly.
Also Never ever mix Tylenol with Alcohol. This is extremely toxic to the liver.

You should stay away from shellfish, raw fish, and high-doses of Vitamins A, D, E or K.

Avoid herbs that are toxic to the liver: peppermint, mistletoe, yerba tea, sassafras, germander, chaparral, nutmeg, valerian. the list goes on.

Avoid foods with high salt, sugar or fat content: cheese, pickles, fast
food and processed foods (cookies, cakes, frozen dinners, packaged foods with long shelf lives, instant foods).

Anything with large amounts of caffeine is not good. Sodas coffee etc.

Stay away from Fried foods as much as possible. It is better to broil or bake then to fry.
