My leg is swelling for the past one year and nowadays sensation is weak. reason?

It can be due to water retention or poor blood circulation. The blood does not flow back to the heart fully resulting in swelling and numbness. I would recommend, please consult an ayurvedic doctor who will study your constituion and treat.
You need to see your urologist. He may advise you some diuretics for the swelling. But you have not mentioned the cause of the swelling.

did u get your blood tested for filariasis? this comes of mosquito(specific type) bite
I am not a doctor but it could be a result of high blood sugar levels. Have that checked. You should go and visit a doctor and have your self examined.
