I've been bitten by mosquitos on my face and have an allergic reaction - I itch and it's spreading!?

If it is spreading, it may be contact dermatitis, like from poison ivy.
You may have to go to the emergency room. you should DEFINITELY go there if the swelling doesn't stop, if your fingers swell up, and especially if it feel s like it is effecting your throuat or breathing.
