Celiac and vegetarian?

Question:
I habe celiac and am vegetarian. What can I eat? I am also diabetic. Vegetarian by choice, not vegan.

Answers:
Hello,
My best friend was diagnosed with coeliac's in 2000. Have you been to see a specialist? Thay can help you with what foods you can eat.
There are also many websites for coeliac's.
Basically my friend can eat fresh fruit and vegetables, unprocessed meat, rice products, soy products, potato products.
No flour or grain based products, some flavourings and preservatives in foods you need to watch too.
I highly recommend Herbalife products, particularly the Herbal Aloe Drink as it is a gentle cleanser for the digestive tract and is very soothing.

If you would like more information on how I can help you lessen the symptoms of coeliacs, please email me at marianm@ihug.com.au.

Regards,
Marian.
