Can anybody help me with a throat problems?

Ive had this stupid illness it started a month ago i started coughing because i felt that something was stuck in my throat and i went to the doctor and she gave me cough syrup and it didnt work and then the week after she gave me antibiotic for 5 days and it didnt help that much. finally she decided to transfer me to a specialist but now i dont feel the same nothing is stuck in my throat anymore. but when i breath its like a cold breeze goes down to my throat and it really bugs me and makes me feel like stopping my breath to feel better and im still waiting to check the specialist ... any help plz ??

Doctors will always give you an expensive pharmaceutical, never something that heals your body.

To build tissue quickly, I have found lecithin very effective. I like the Nutrilite brand, the down side is you can only get it from an Amway/Quixtar dealer (be prepared for a real hard sales pitch).

Collagen is also helpful, just have a few additional servings of jello, or if you have more dollars than sense, you can buy the collagen capsules made from chicken cartilage at $24 a pop.

Apart from these, you might want to also consider a good quality vitamin/mineral daily at least until your throat heals up.
