Answers:
Do research on the web about a ketogenic diet or eating plan. It will lower your glucose level.
walking is very good and lowers blood sugar levels, Chicken, fish and turkey, greens, strawberries blueberries, and lots of fiber in your diet dry beans and peas have lots of fiber, stay away from anything white ex.bread, rice pasta corn eat four or five small meals instead of 3 big ones and have snacks in between meals.drinking lots of water and cinnamon is good sprinkle some on oatmeal
Simply cut down on all carbs. have very small portions only. You can have as much vegies, fish and watch the intake of fat in meat. Cut down on sugar as much as possible. These includes soft drinks lollies etc. Go for 2 to 3 half hour walks every day.
Do this and you will be tops.
