i was just diagnosed with hi blood sugar, call your local hospital and ask who ever ans the phone to give you the clostest, place you can go to get some info .i did this i went to class for three day,s for one hour per day .got a bunch of litetaure .they will tell you what to eat and what not to eat.by the way it,s all free. please go .
