Have you ever cured your own psoriasis?
IM 36 and have have psoriasis for 20 years. these days Im on retinoids and own uv therapy 2-3 times a week. I hold plaques on my knees, lower legs, elbows and back.
Im fancy a bit fed up near it at the moment. hence this question.
Ever have psoriasis and overcome it? what did you do?
Answers: Yes, I have cured my own psoriasis. I have it on my both , below my knees on both legs, and on my hips. (I also have a family unit history of psoriasis, been in that done that)
First, the chemical drugs don't help-I promise you that.
Here is what will get rid of it. Seriously.
#1- You enjoy to change your diet, completely. Healthy-more fruit, veggies and more sea.
#2-Very, very high-status. Take Flaxseed Oil pills from Sams Club you can get it within in a big bottle for smaller amount.
#3-I highly recommend taking Ambrotose-It's from Mannatech.
#4-Exersize be a huge factor in getting rid of the psoriasis, human being outdoors and sweating, getting rid of the toxins.
#5-Vitamin E Complex with collagen from Sams Club it is wan in a round plastic container. Rub it sizeably on the psoriasis.
#6-Rub the psoriasis with kid oil after getting out of the shower.
I hope this adjectives helps you. Really, the drugs are not doing you ANY right. It is not healthy. Most doctors are merely killing the patients. Sounds extreme, I know. But, it is true.
