i am a male of 20 years old.recently i noticed quite a vague disorder(if u would call it).i am a normal fit and healthy.recently i noticed my breathing increases very heavily to a point where i loose breath and start gasping for breath.i even loose my balance and start feeling giddy.i start feeling very light.and i feel like i am falling.my heart beat increases overwhelmingly.this happened 2or 3 times recently and it happened when i was talking to girl i love asking her to take me back after a breakup.i suddenly get these kinds of attacks(if u will call it).I've never experienced anything like this before.it suddenly just starts and i feel very bad.this occurs only when i talk to "HER".it hurts a lot.the last time i got it i almost wiped myself out.but i don't think she really knew.
would someone be kind enough to tell me what is wrong.it takes some time for me to cool down.and then when i see her again my heart starts beating like crazy and it happens all over again.pls help me some1.

It's a panic attack. go see your cardiologist. It could be caused by a number of things from stress to anticipation to even blocked arteries. There are plenty of meds outthere, be careful please and get diagnosed before just buying an OTC Inhaler. Inhalers are known to speed up your heart rate, and if it is a problem with your heart you could be putting yourself at serious risk. I hope you feel better soon! BTW... Panic attacks are a VERY common problem.
Anxiety!! 99.99% sure. If it keeps up go see your MD and get a prescription for ativan or xanax. Just relax! Maybe stop talking to her for a while. Stop making yourself so accessible to her.
