Could be skin cancer. Better get them checked by a dermatologist just to be on the safe side. They could be moles or birthmarks too.

I know of a few people who have been taken because of this hideous thing called cancer the youngest 12 and the oldest 80 ... so age doesn't matter but having the brains to go and get checked is !, and as they say "get it early...and live "...deny and die !!
It is probably some sort of fungal infection, but it would be best to see your doctor to make sure. Don't worry it is probably not serious but just as well to have your Doc check it for you.
Maybe it is a (Birth Mark) well sometimes it is nothing just a spot with black colour but also sometimes it is more than that so I suggest you go ahead to a doctor and see what would he judge on it so you will be safe and not worried ..
and it is not the mark on your skin what makes you special ..but your inside human is the special.

It will more than likely just be sunspots,just like freckles,but get a doc's opinion just the same.Google it.
