What's wrong with me?
Question:
- Four days ago it really started that when I had bowel movements, I would bleed (from my anus).
- Three days ago it started that within two to three hours of having any sort of drink, I'd need to go to the bathroom, and then would feel terribly dehydrated.
- Two days ago it started that it hurt to pee.
- Today it started that the area below my right ribs and above my right hip is hurting to no tomorrow.
All of these are persisting currently.
To help out...: I do not do drugs, I do not smoke, I do not drink, and I have not had sex in over two months, and when I had sex it was protected sex (condoms did NOT break).
Should I go to a doctor? And any idea of what could be wrong?

Could be rectal cancer go to the doctor immediately bleeding from your rectum is never a good sign.

Go to the dr you could have a infection in your stomach such as ecoli or gotten food posioning from a restaurant or undercooked food.

it's probably a urinary tract infection. most people think that you can only get them by having sex but that is not true. if you are bleeding, you should definately go to the doctor because that means that it's pretty severe. this happened to my cousin once with the exact same symptoms and all the doctor did was tell her to drink cranberry juice. it got better after a week.
Sounds like you may have an infection from bacteria. I would not suspect STD, but it could be. Possibly staph, you need to be on an antibiotic for a while. See your doctor soon. If the bug is crossing tissue boundaries it may become dangerous suddenly.
Anytime you have abnormal pain/discomfort and you're bleeding from places you shouldn't be, don't hesitate to RUN to the Doctor. Well, to start with blood from the anus is bad, unless it is hemmohoids,, it could mean internal bleeding, or something ruptured inside you. At the very least, its sounds like a bad infection. Maybe from a virus, or some bad food or water. Its hard to say, but I think you should really get to a Doctor, or emergency room. People die from stuff like this, better get it checked! might even be apendicitus, That's bad!
See a doctor asap. It's never a good thing to be bleeding from your rectum and it's probably not going to clear up on it's own.
Go to the doctors pronto. Your own doctor's office or even a walk in clinic. If you want to go to the emergency room, just in case, instead, it couldn't hurt.
The bloody stool makes it a possibility you could have gastrointestinal bleeding, which is not good at all. It might not be serious but i doubt you want to take that chance.
and if you start feeling at all dizzy or the pain gets worse make sure you're not alone. i've passed out before but i was lucky i was in a crowed place where people could help

If you cannot label something that you are having symptoms of, you should go to the doctor right away. Even if you have to go to urgent care, because it could end up being really serious. My mom once just stayed home from work because she had a really bad stomach ache. It got so bad that she went to urgent care and they sent her to the hospital and she had to have surgery. Don't let this scare you, because it doesn't necessarily mean that will happen to you, but there is always a chance.
As to labeling it, I can't help you out, but go see a doctor right away. Especially if it is recurring and getting worse.
If something is seriously wrong, summer school won't matter too much to you any more... just go!
First you should see a doctor IMMEDIATELY go NOW it could be deadly you could have problems with your kidneys or you could have appendicitis or it could have just ruptured all together I recommend the ER go now don't wait better safe than sorry!
