Definitely worth doctor visit. Try to going walking right before the appointment so the doc can see what you are talking about.
Check it out with ur doctor, and see wuts up. maybe u shoud slow down a lil, 5 miles is alot and maybe u just get sore, but check it out first before you continue.
Probably just a heat rash or something thats not too big of a deal. You can walk it off
Chaffing of your socks or you are getting a blister
if youve been walking through a wooded or grassy area, then you may be allergic to something outisde on the ground. but if you havent been, then i'm not sure what it could be. mabe your socks or pants keep rubbing around our ankles too much? either way, try putting some 1% hydrocortisone cream on the rash, and avoid whatever it is that is irritating you. good luck
It could be your shoes or your socks. You might be allergic to the material. Try wearing something else.
If you still have a rash see your Dr.
it's not really a rash. If it itches like crazy, it just means the blood is finally moving in the small blood vessels and as they expand, the skin itches. It is a good sign! Keep walking!
it is posible that u have bad circulation
It may be your shoes or socks. Have you tried using a different pair of shoes ans socks to see if there was any change? If this doesn't help, I'd definately consult a professional.
