Red Bumps,, Sun exposure?

I've been in the sun a lot this week and on my chest i have red splotchy bumps, i would just think its sunburn but they do not itch of burn or feel like anything really. So what is it and how can i get rid of it?

I GOT THE SME EXACT THING WHEN I WENT TO TEXAS IT WILL GO AWAY IN A FEW WEEKS ( DOINT ITCH IT AND APPLY THAT GREEN STUFF TO IT LIKE A LOTTT)
