Help im 14 and my school starts in 3 days and i got this ugly red acne i need to fix right now! plz help!!

i cant buy acne products cus i just moved to mexico city and i dont know where to buy!!!

Ok well put ice on it too bring down the swelling, put eyedrop on it too make it less red and noticable, and but lemon or lime juice on it too dry it out. whatever you do do not pop it! It will be even more red and swollen and if you pop a pimple then it last 1 to 2 more weeks than it's usual life span. Do not touch it!!
