Answers:
rubbing lotion will help and elevate your feet when you can. stay away from salt.i have the same problem and these things have helped me.
Your doctor would be the best person to ask this question, however, a few ideas I've come across are:
1. Regular (gentle) exercise. Good muscle tone aids circulation.
2. When you sit, elevate your feet.
3. Don't sit for more than two hours at a time. Take breaks to get up and walk around frequently.
4. When lying down, elevate your feet so that they're slightly higher than your heart.
There may be some medications, or other therapies your doctor could recommend. Don't fool around with this. It could be serious.
Walking, (a stroll around the yard), or if you have access to a swimming pool, light to moderate water aerobics might help.
have you tried to do some massage therapy. It could help the circulation in your feet, and getthe blood flowing better.
Things I would recommend. 1. exercises for all the leg joints like - curling and opening the toes, ankle and knee rolling, gentle shaking of the whole leg etc 2. stimulation of the nerve ending - dipping feet in hot and cold water 2 minutes hot and 2 mins. cold twice a day and vigorously rubbing the sole of the feet. 3. keeping feet and legs warm with socks/tights. Acupuncture, reflexology, and Shiatsu also should help relieve poor circulation.
