Horrible spots on my body.?

Hi, this is quite embarassing for me, I've recently began to notics spots appearing on my body, well, mainly my back and upper arms and it looks horrible. I was wondering if anyone could tell me A: why I have them, and B: how I can get rid of them? I wash regularly. I have been under alot alot of stress lately, but it seems that now that's gone, this has bagun. it's horrible and is restricting what I can wear, especially mid summer over here in the UK... please help.

try tea tree oil.
Be sure to read the label...if it is straight oil and not diluted, you will need to dilute it. It can be quite strong. It will dry up spots and it is a natural antisceptic so it will kill the bacteria that is causing breakouts.
Also watch your caffeine and sugar intake, as well as dairy products. drink lots of water.
If this doesnt help, you may be allergic to something. have you been using a different type of laundry detergent perhaps?

dont worry i have had really bad spots on my back and chest so i no it makes you feel not very happy about yourself but trust me so many people go through it i found that sun does the trick not that we have been getting much but i also went on sun showers and it made them dry up and it made them go away for quite a while so regular sun bursts are highly recommended it helped me also try not to put cream on them as i found it made my skin more oily and so make it more prone to spots.
