Well, definetely go to a dermatologist for the best answer, but have you tried those creams for age spots? You do have to use them everyday until the area is lighter. Make sure to discontinue if the cream begins to cause a rash, however.
Sometimes that can be an indication of something else; best to get her to a dermatologist.
