my grandpa is around 80yrs now and he takes square meal but now he has quate hard time with diabetes he is not ready for insuline injections plzzz suggest food for all four turns a day he loose his balance while walking also, is milk ok dates ?please help...
Answers:
Just have him watch the carb intake. Breads, Pasta and Potatoes all have alot of carbs in them. Even some fruit has natural sugars and is not good to eat. I recommend contacing a nutritionist or his Dr can recommend one as well.
