My guess is it's a skin tag. I too have one. My mom had the same thing. She had hers removed. The problem is money for me. Insurance wont cover it. Since it's not "suspicous" looking. No biopsy is need. So that makes it cosmetic. and that isnt something they cover.Good luck.
