Where can we get cinnamon tablets in india, tamilnadu, any real alternative medicines for reduce bg levels?

Question:

Answers:
Cinnamon or commonly known as dalchini is available with grocery shops. Ask any ayurveda shop for cinnamon powder. Mostly it is available in the form of bark. We use this while preparing pulao. Tej is another common name for this. You can buy the cinnamon bark and powder it in your domestic mixer. Take one pinch with warm water at bed time.
Cinnamon does not lower BG. It will help emeliorate the symptoms of high BG, but it is not a good alternative to using a standardized prescription medication. I've been using metformin, and glipizide for the past 6 months, and my BG has come down from 450 to 100.

Cinnamon helps, but it's not an end product to lower BG.
Apple Cider Vinegar works really good to lower your sugar levels, but it got to be a Orbganic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar to work well, Go to a Health Store to find a good one.The Best one i found was{ Bragg ACV.} Make sure the label say it has the { MOTHERS ENZYME } in it or it will not work very well. You just take 2 table spoons of ACV after every meal to help lower your numbers. It really works!
Do a google search on the internet a then do a { Apple Cider Vinegar / Diabeties } search and you will get over 1,000 hits about ACV benifits. Some are trying to sell you their products and some are blogg and natural web sites , letting you know what kind of results that they got. The ACV is kind of bitter so i mix it with a glass of water or sometimes i mix it with watered down Cranberry Juice to help with the flavor. Also my Cholesterol and blood pressure numbers returned to normal after 1 month of taking it.
