Diagnosed with a heart murmur?

Question:
Md says its a "standard" one after doing an ekg, continue to exercise, usually activites. any more info?

Answers:
I am assuming you mean your doctor did testing and said you have a murmur but it is nothing to worry about and you can resume your usual activities? If this is the case you probably have what is considered an "innocent murmur" my daughter has a 2/6 innocent murmur. All that means is you can live a regular life, no adaptations need to be made, and you shouldn't have to take antibiotics before dental work.
I'm really not understanding your question. If possible can you add a little more information please?? I'm willing to answer your question.
