Question:
she has a stufy nose and she has a hard time breathing and she sneezes a lot and she dosent eat much and she dosent run in her wheel anymore and she is always sleeping.

Answers:
TAKE HER TO A VET

illnesses for hamsters are life threatening most times. Don't wait until the weekend when vets are closed!

I know it sounds wierd taking a rodent to a vet, but it's the best way to make sure it won't die!
hamsters always sleep .. shes not sick
take her to the vet. she could die.
Go to a vet. You're responsible for the little guy. Pay out a bit of cash and see a professional.
If the hamster exhibits any signs of a severe cold (runny eyes, lethargy, weight loss, refusal to eat/drink or laboured breathing/wheeziness) veterinary advice should be sought immediately as antibiotic treatment is likely to be needed and failure to treat quickly could lead to bronchitis or pneumonia from which the hamster may have trouble recovering.

Giving a mixture of lukewarm water, milk and honey will also help with the hamster's recovery.

Provided colds are treated early before severe symptoms occur the hamster should make a full recovery within a few days.
