i am 24, firstly i recognise problem 3year back i had some irretation in back mostly in middle spine. I ignore it til last year when it got worse dr. found high level of URIC ACID in blood i take ALLPOURINOL 250mg regularly but now i feel that is not sufficient i feel regular pain in whole spine. i think i had aduction to the drug ,i exersise regularly it provide some relief for some time, i feel very high temperature near spine in mornings
what should i do to get ride from this pain

I heard supposedly eating cherries helped. Theres also a drink, i think its cherry flavored or something, but on it it said it was good for gout. My dad had it on his foot, and it helped
