How to cure lumps on the body?

I have lumps(mass formation of the size of apple seed) and this is growing slowly.

Answers:
Its called Lipoma, This not Harmful, Surgery is the only option. I herad they could inject some kind of chemical too.
But Surgery is the best option. I dont this they are using Injections in India.
You should go see a dermatologist.
