well many asians have that inner corner flap and i am one of them. my brother on the other hand does not have that flap - nor does my mother and father. and i don't want it either.

is there some kind of surgery or something to get rid of it?

Yes, there is a surgical procedure for this! I don't know the specific name of it, but it's a cosmetic procedure and would be done by a plastic surgeon. Don't feel too badly about wanting a different look. I have heard of other Asian girls who have gotten this procedure done.
