hey for years ive been suffering from these white spots they started on my arms and now i have them all over my skin mostly arms and legs, they are not raised nor do they itch they used to only appear when i was cold or stressed, now they seem to always be there, they are multiple and like a millimetre in size, ive seen countless gps but they just just say they are a physcological response to cold, but it is the middle of summer and they are still there not as prominent but still there any help given would be great on diets or supllements that might help thanks

i have those on my face. I was reading a while back and it says there is some cream you can use to help but really nothing much you can do except wait because i hear they tend to leave on their own after a while
