Answers:
Get it checked out and ask for a referal to a skin specialist it could be the start of tiny mole like growths. They start of this way and grow bigger by which time the itching subsides somewhat but you are left with a raft of these growths.

Mine started a few years ago and now have them under my breast. And believe me they itch like fury.

Could be that you are like me and have extremely sensitive skin which is unrelated to shingles which I have had twice.

None knows why one person has sensitive skin and another person does not. All about the fairness of the skin. Are you fair skinned?
Shingles CAN return, but is rare - I was prescribed Inosine Pranobex 22 years ago, and have had no recurrence.
If the shingles had been on that area, there might be damage to nerve endings which could cause itching, tingling, painful skin etc
Get to the Doctors, incase you're allergic to the drugs they gave you, and other stuff could irritate it more. Have you changed washing powder at all? Hope you're ok!
Might be an obvious suggestion but I think you need a doctor... Don't wait too long, especially if you have pain.
