Diabetics:?

Question:
What are some quick remedies to bring down your blood sugar other than exercise. I've heard almonds and drinking a bit of water mixed with vinegar.

My numbers are around 7-8 on average and I like to maintain around 4-6 as per guidelines.

Thanks.

Answers:
Exercise and eating right. The numbers you're quoting are A1C readings. The A1c test gives a picture of the average amount of glucose in the blood over the last few months so there are no quick fixes.

you can loose up to 35 pounds on this diet. Just eat fruits and vegies for 2 weeks and if you drink juice make sure that it's 100% juice, or just drink water. If you make a fruit salad you can mix stuff such as apples, and pears. Or all the different types of berries. Don't mix berries and pears or apples because they make alot of sugars. after you get used to the fruits and vegie, you can add alittle more meat in your diet.
hmm...well my grandpa has diabetics and his blood sugar is always high for some reason but you can try cutting sugar every other day unless your Blood pressure is the type to fluctuate everyday
