you should look for more natural cures. like a honey and baking soda mask. you just mix equal parts honey and baking soda. cover your face and leave it on for 10 mins. twice a day. clears up alot in just a few days. also... you may want to try a detox system, such as the boots 5-day detox plan. all the poisons in your system can make your skin look awful, and break out easier. drink lots of water to. good luck =]
I have dealt with this my whole life... even as an adult! My best defense is drinking water! I only use Dove bar soap - unscented... & a basic moisturiser.
go to your like fmaily docter, and ask for DIFFEREN.
He has to proscribe it for you, and it works amazingly.
i tried everything and i just got worse but then i got differen.
now im all clear, it onnly took a week for results and i got rid of it all in 2 months.

No cured pork meat, like ham it has some chemical in it that causes acne. Some of the girls laughed but when I told them they tried it and it works.
