Sometimes when I itch my arm I get these dots that appear. What are those?

They appear everytime I itch and they look sorta reddish whitish. They dont hurt they are just there.

Answers:
Those are basically small bruises. The scratching causes capillaries near the surface of the skin to rupture. They probably sort of look like a hickey, but not as big. I get those all the time because I have fair skin.

well get a cold see through class cup and roll it over the spots 3 times then remove and after 30 seconds place the glass on the spots and if they turn white get to your doctor A.S.A.P and tell him evreythink about them. if they don't it is usually heat rash

my sister has this under her arm the doctor said it was infected hair follicles. just get some prescription steroids from your doctor but make sure there alright for you.
