"It's not a tuma'"?

Question:
Lately, everytime I move I've been getting extremely dizzy. This wouldn't worry me as much if that was all that was wrong with the situation. Not only that, but whenever the dizziness comes about my entire left arm, and lower portion of my face goes numb. I'm not sure if 'numb' is the best word to describe the feeling. But, it's more of a numb tickle that you get when something of your's has fallen asleep.
Of course, whenever I talk to anyone about this they automatically tell me it's a tumor. If it was, it'd would have to be affecting the portion of my right portion and affecting my nerves.

Although I am making a doctor's appointment for Monday, I'm still wondering if this seems serious enough to spend a lot of money, and wasting a lot of time going to the emergency room. Or, if it's a problem that can probably wait over the weekend.

Thanks for your help.

Answers:
Yeah well, if it's not 'Tuma' then it's definitely some sort of blockage that is causing your symptoms.

Not to worry you even more, but the mild tingling, numb sensation you describe also sounds like you could be at the beginning stages of a Stroke.

If this is a reoccurring symptom, then I don't think waiting til Monday is an option for you.

Move your *** and get to the doctors office. Money is nothing compared to your life!!!!!

I'll say a prayer for you, and good luck.
I don't know how old you are or your condition, but I'd spend the money ASAP. Your health is all you have.
Dont listen to people that dont know anything about this, my advice: spend the money and see someone about this. This is the only way you will find out. I hope all goes well for you, good luck.
KINDERGARTEN COP! HAHA WITH AHNOLD SCHWARZENEGER
Anything involving dizziness & numbness & half of your body & possible cranial nerve involvement, is worth a visit to the doctor. Go sometime! Maybe tonight!
Don't know your age, could be the On set of a Stroke. I would go to the E.R. A.S.A.P.
Hun its not a tuma lol. my mother had these same symptoms at one point and it could be 2 things
1. the less of the two is that you have a bone in your back or somewhere else pinching a nerve. and when you go to move the pressure differential causes your face or arm to go numb.
2. this one has to do with a little bit of fat deposits in your arteries around your neck area. causeing these same sensations.
This could be caused by any number of things, not just a tumor. And a tumor is pretty far fetched. It could be something as simple as your blood pressure going up to high so don't let anyone freak you out into thinking you have a brain tumor. Although high blood pressure is serious as well and you do need to be treated for that if it is. I think if your feeling better it probably could wait til Mon. but don't put it off on Mon. because you feel better. See your doctor!
seek medical professional help never try guess what it may be.If treated and diagnois properly it may be prevented from worsening.
